It answers with the site's own figures

Prices, stock, delivery times, shipping. It compares two items, filters by budget — "under €100", "not leather" — and links to the product page.

It cannot make things up

Every answer is built from a rule and a precise passage of your site — never freely generated. When the site says nothing, it says it doesn't know instead of improvising.

It audits your markup

Add ?assistant=diagnostic to your address: it tells you what's missing from your products and which sitemap pages no longer respond. The same tags feed Google.

It watches your catalogue

From one visit to the next it spots a price that shifts by more than half, a missing page, an item gone out of stock — before an order goes out at the wrong price.

You keep the last word

An optional assistant.json file lets you write your own answers, synonyms, and your language if it isn't covered yet. Your answers override everything.

Do I need an OpenAI or other API key?+

No. No language model is called, so no key, no account, no per-conversation cost. The module works entirely in the visitor's browser.

Is it GDPR compliant?+

Nothing is sent to a third party: no processor to declare, no processing agreement, no consent banner of its own. By default, messages don't leave the visitor's browser. (This page describes how it works; it is not legal advice.)

Which platforms does it work on?+

Anywhere the site publishes schema.org structured data — PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, Next.js, hand-built sites. No access to your database or admin needed.

My site is multilingual — does it work?+

Yes. The assistant detects the page language. French and English are fully covered; any other language runs in degraded mode, completable in assistant.json.

Does it slow my site down?+

117 KB compressed, nothing else. No long task on load, CLS 0.0036 in production. Indexing only starts on the visitor's first click.

What happens after 12 months?+

Nothing. The module keeps working: the licence is perpetual. Only the included updates stop.
