Purposes and Legal Basis
Your data is used to fulfil your order (contractual basis), to deliver the result, to provide customer support, and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
Sub-processors
To provide the service, we use: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI content generation), PayPal (payment processing), and Hostinger (email). Information entered for an order is transmitted to Anthropic solely for the purpose of generating your deliverable.
Retention Period
Order data is retained for as long as necessary for customer relationship management and legal obligations (up to 10 years for accounting records).
