Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on aigeniestore.com by EUROPE TECHNOLOGIE (sole trader, KOTO PAULIN).

This translation is provided for information purposes only. Only the French version is legally binding.

1. Subject Matter and Products

AI Genie offers: (a) AI-powered content generation services, delivered immediately upon payment; (b) downloadable digital products (PDFs, spreadsheets, etc.).

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in the shown currency (€, $, zł, ¥), inclusive of all applicable taxes. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. EUROPE TECHNOLOGIE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.

3. Order and Payment

An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payments are processed securely by PayPal (credit and debit cards accepted). EUROPE TECHNOLOGIE does not collect or store any banking data.

4. Delivery

AI-generated services are produced and displayed on screen immediately after payment (copy and download available). Downloadable products are provided via a secure link valid for 7 days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where performance has begun following their express prior consent. No refund is therefore due once generation has been initiated or the file has been made available.

6. Warranties and Claims

In the event of an issue (non-delivery, inaccessible or corrupted file), please contact contact@aigeniestore.com. A replacement delivery or, where applicable, a refund may be offered.

7. Liability

AI-generated content is provided as an assistance tool. The customer remains solely responsible for verifying, adapting, and using such content. EUROPE TECHNOLOGIE does not guarantee the suitability of the content for any particular purpose.

8. Mediation and Disputes

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may refer a dispute to a consumer mediator. European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In the absence of an amicable agreement, French law applies and the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
