E-invoicing for PrestaShop — Factur-X & ZUGFeRD
PrestaShop only produces plain PDFs — those are not e-invoices. This module generates the standard structured formats (Factur-X / ZUGFeRD, UBL / Peppol), handles credit notes, certified-platform transmission and e-reporting. Installed in 10 minutes.
What the module does, clearly — by country
Germany
compliant todaySince 1 January 2025, every business in Germany must be able to receive structured EN 16931 invoices; issuing becomes mandatory in 2027 then 2028. Exchange happens directly, with no state platform. The module generates ZUGFeRD 2.x — technically identical to Factur-X — exactly the format your German B2B partners expect.
International
UBL 2.1 generation (cross-border / Peppol BIS Billing 3.0), the standard for structured exchange beyond the Franco-German pair.
France — Factur-X now, certified-platform transmission in included v1.1
The module generates your EN 16931-compliant Factur-X invoices today (BASIC and EN16931 profiles), your credit notes and B2C e-reporting aggregation. In France, invoices must go through a certified platform (PA) registered by the tax authority (SME issuing mandatory on 1 September 2027). The module ships the full transmission architecture (queue, statuses, e-reporting, cron); the connector to a named French certified platform ships as an included v1.1 update.
Full transparency: automatic transmission to a French certified platform is not yet active in production — it arrives in v1.1. The module already makes you compliant on Factur-X generation, the part you must prepare first.
Roadmap — upcoming markets
Peppol support (Belgium, from 2026) is planned and will be added in a future release.
Poland (KSeF), Spain (Verifactu), Italy (SDI): support under study.
These integrations are not available today yet. Sign up to be notified as soon as a market is ready — your request helps us pick the next one.
