No separate work authorization is necessary: since 2021, it has been removed for students. • The employer simply has to declare you (prior notification of hiring); some cases require them to inform the prefecture before hiring. Special case: if you are of Algerian nationality, the system is different (Franco-Algerian agreement). You must request a provisional work authorization (APT) and the limit is approximately 50%.
